Who we are
Founded in Padua in 1973 by Enrico Pittarello, Transpack s one of the first Italian companies specialized in the production of industrial packaging and integrated logistics services. Behind, a family history now in its second generation under the guidance of Nico Pittarello, who has preserved its roots and knowledge, while renewing its approach. A sartorial approach, which works to identify tailor-made solutions and operate reliably in high-level international contexts, supported by a virtuous, socially responsible and long-term sustainable business model.
The Benefit Company
In 2020 Transpack started an entrepreneurial journey in the form of a Benefit Society, a business model that integrates economic and social objectives, keeping both as primary.
Benefit Societies (SB) – officially recognised in Italy since 2016 – are a new legal status of enterprise, which promotes the use of business as a positive force to create shared prosperity.
Companies thus become protagonists of a change in the world, moving from the concept of a company as a tool for doing business to a company as a tool for generating an impact in the world while doing business.
Status
As a Benefit Company, Transpack Holding Srl intends to pursue several purposes of common benefit, operating in a sustainable and transparent way. Specifically, the company is committed to:

- 3

- 4
Measure its path in environmental protection, minimising the impact of its production processes.
- 5
Play a reference role for the territory and the community, nurturing synergic paths aimed to encourage the emergence of projects for social and cultural development.
- 6

Equal opportunities
We believe in a business model based on a culture of equality and inclusion, capable of representing, protecting and valuing all our employees. Promoting equality is not only a matter of social justice, but a key aspect in fostering a sense of belonging, stimulating innovation, creativity and growth.
To this purpose, we are committed to creating a work environment based on meritocracy and individual well-being, with a particular focus on achieving a gender balance in terms of numbers, remuneration and grading at managerial level.
Our attention to social issues in the workplace has led us to obtain the UNI PdR 125:2022 Certification for Gender Equality.
